JJ Hardy and Adam Jones hit solo homers as the Orioles jumped out to a 4-0 lead.
The Sox scored one run in the sixth and three in the seventh with Juan Pierre's two-run single tying the score.
Chicago reliever Jason Frasor came in to pitch the tenth and got Mark Reynolds to ground out before allowing a single to Chris Davis and Reimold's game-winner.
