(CLEVELAND, OH) - Carlos Santana and Jack Hannahan hit two-run home runs to help power the Cleveland Indians past the Oakland Athletics 6-2.
Kosuke Fukudome put the Indians ahead to stay with a two-run double off A's starter Trevor Cahill in the third.
Oakland got a run back in the fifth on an RBI single by Coco Crisp.
Cleveland blew the game open in the sixth when Santana hit a two-run homer off Cahill and Hannahan hit another two-run shot off Fautino de los Santos two batters later.
Jeanmar Gomez gave up an unearned run in his six innings of pitching to earn the win, moving to 1-2 on the season.
Cahill took the loss to drop to 9-13.
