(BALTIMORE, MD) - The Chicago White sox made it five wins in a row as they edged the Baltimore Orioles 4-3.
Carlos Quentin put the Sox on the board with a solo homer in the top of the second with Brent Morel adding an RBI single later in the inning.
AJ Pierzynski made it 3-0 with an RBI double in the third. Morel capped the Chicago scoring with a solo shot in the fourth.
The Orioles came back with three runs in the fifth on a JJ Hardy RBI groundout, a run-scoring single by Nick Markakis and an error on Chicago shortstop Alexei Ramirez.
Sox starter Gavin Floyd picked up the win to even his record at 10-and-10 while handing the Orioles their fourth-straight defeat.
