(UNDATED) - The Indianapolis Colts return to practice this afternoon as they get ready for their Sunday night game with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Colts are off to an 0-2 start for the first time since 1998.
The Steelers recovered from an embarrassing week-one loss in Baltimore to blank Seattle 24-0 last week in Pittsburgh.
The Colts and Steelers have not played since 2008 when the Colts went into Heinz Field and pulled out a 24-20 victory.
The Colts have signed free agent safety Stevie Brown. Brown played high school football at Columbus East before playing collegiately at Michigan.
He was a seventh-round draft choice of the Oakland Raiders in 2010 and played in 15 games with the Raiders last season.
To make room for brown on the roster, the colts waived Indianapolis native Darren Evans.
The former Indiana Mister Football out of Warren Central High School was inactive for the Colts two regular season games.
The team also announced it has waived wide receiver Marshall Williams from the practice squad. Peyton Manning is feeling better, according to his dad.
Archie Manning talked with ESPN New York during Monday Night's football game between son Eli's Giants and the St. Louis Rams.
Archie Manning says that Peyton is in better spirits as he recovers from his September 8th neck surgery.
Archie Manning was asked about the Fox Sports report that Peyton traveled to Europe for stem-cell treatment before his latest surgery and said that he knew nothing about it.
Peyton Manning is expected to miss at least three months.
