(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Fever clinched the number-one seed in the WNBA’s Eastern Conference with their 87-69 victory over the Washington Mystics at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Katie Douglas led Indiana with 21 points with Tamika Catchings recording a double-double of 17 points and ten rebounds.
Tammy Sutton-Brown added a season-high 15 points as the Fever improve to 21-11.
Crystal Langhorne led the Mystics with 18 points and 15 boards with Matee Ajavon and Monique Curry scoring twelve points apiece as Washington falls to 6-27.
The Fever are at New York on Friday night before closing out the regular season at home against Atlanta on Sunday.
The playoffs will begin one week from tonight.
The Fever will face either Atlanta or New York in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
