(ARLINGTON, TX) - The Texas Rangers completed a three-game series sweep of Cleveland, defeating the Indians 7-4.
The Rangers scored the first six runs of the game with Michael Young hitting a three-run double and Adrian Beltre adding a two-run homer in Texas' five-run fifth inning.
Josh Hamilton would add a solo blast in the seventh.
Alexi Ogando threw six shutout innings for the Rangers to improve to 13-8.
Lou Marson had a two-run double for the Indians who are now on the brink of playoff elimination.
