(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Peyton Manning spoke on Thursday, addressing his rehabilitation from his third neck surgery in 19 months and his current role with the team.
Manning has been cleared to watch Sunday's game with the Chiefs from the sidelines after spending the last two weeks watching from the press box.
The four-time NFL Most Valuable Player says he is feeling good and is in good spirits despite having to observe the Colts' 0-4 start.
The team hopes manning will be able to practice in December and has kept him on the active roster.
Manning did say he would understand if the Colts' recent rash of injuries would force the team to open up his roster spot by placing him on injured reserve.
