(EVANSVILLE, IN) - Kenny Harris missed a free throw with one second remaining as the Evansville Purple Aces fell to Wichita State 67-66 in Evansville.
Garrett Stutz led the Shockers with 29 points and ten rebounds with Toure' Murry adding ten points as Wichita State improves to 11-3 overall, 2-1 in the Missouri Valley.
Colt Ryan scored a game-high 31 points for the Aces with Harris adding 15 as Evansville sees its three-game winning streak come to an end.
The Aces fall to 7-6, 2-1 in the MVC as they will hit the road to take on Illinois State on Saturday afternoon.
