Last updated on Monday, January 23, 2012

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The New England Patriots and the New York Giants will face off in Super Bowl 46 February 5th at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

The Patriots won their seventh AFC Championship, defeating the Baltimore Ravens 23-20 in Foxborough.

The Ravens had a chance to tie the game late, but Baltimore Kicker Billy Cundiff hooked a 32-yard field goal attempt wide left with eleven seconds remaining.

Tom Brady and Benjarvus Green-Ellis had touchdown runs for New England.

The Giants are NFC Champions for the fifth time after knocking out the San Francisco Forty-Niners 20-17 in overtime at Candlestick Park.

Kyle Williams, filling in for the injured Ted Ginn Jr as San Francisco's Punt Returner, fumbled in overtime to set up Lawrence Tynes game-winning 31-yard field goal.

This year's Super Bowl is a rematch of Super Bowl 42 in which the Giants scored in the final minute to beat New England 17-14, handing the Patriots their only loss of the season.
