(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Butler Bulldogs continued their hot play down the stretch, pounding the Illinois-Chicago Flames 69-44 at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
Roosevelt Jones led the Bulldogs with 13 points and ten rebounds with senior Ronald Nored adding twelve points in his final regular-season home game.
Gary Talton led the Flames with 13 points as UIC lost for the 14th time in 15 road games this season.
Illinois-Chicago drops to 8-19 overall, 3-13 in the Horizon League.
Butler moves to 18-12, 11-6 in the conference heading to Friday night's finale at Valparaiso.
