(NEW YORK, NY) - Pacers Center Roy Hibbert has been named to the Eastern Conference All-Star Team as a reserve.
Hibbert will play in the All-Star Game for the first time in his career and is the first Pacer to make the all-star team since Danny Granger in 2009.
Granger was among those who fell short of making the Eastern Conference reserves, which are chosen by the conference's head coaches.
Hibbert is in his fourth year out of Georgetown and is averaging just under 14 points and ten rebounds per game.
He will join Paul George in Orlando for all-star weekend in two weeks.
George was named to play in the rising stars game on Wednesday.
