(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - Purdue had little trouble with Nebraska, dispatching the Cornhuskers 83-65 at Mackey Arena.
Robbie Hummel led the way with a season-high 29 points. DJ Byrd returned from his one-game banishment with 15 points with Lewis Jackson adding 13.
Bo Spencer was the only Nebraska player to reach double figures, scoring 19 points as the Cornhuskers fall to 12-and-14, 4-and-11 in the big ten.
Purdue moves to 18-and-10, 8-and-7 in the conference heading to a Saturday evening contest at Michigan.
