(HENRYVILLE) - The Indiana High School Athletic Association is going to the rescue of Henryville High School’s tornado-ravaged athletic department.
Friday's storm wrecked three school buildings in the little town in Clark County.
Basketball fans will be asked for donations at this weekend's regional high school basketball playoff games. The project called "Hoosiers For Henryville" is a partnership with Emmis Communications and Network Indiana. There's a link at IHSAA.org for individual contributions.
Donations will be taken throughout the semi-state and state championship games. At the conclusion of the tournament later this month, the funds collected will be wired directly to the Henryville athletic department.
