(PALM BEACH, FL) - The quarterback position remains the focus with the Indianapolis Colts this offseason.
The debate as to who will replace Peyton Manning under center heated up Tuesday when team owner Jim Irsay told USA Today that Andrew Luck is not a lock to go to the Colts with the number one overall pick in next month's NFL Draft.
Irsay says he, general manager Ryan Grigson and head coach Chuck Pagano have made no decision and that contract negotiations could be a factor.
Luck and Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin the third are almost certain to go one-two on April 26th, but which quarterback the Colts will take is still up in the air.
