(UNDATED) - In NFL news, Peyton Manning is expected to sign with the Denver Broncos soon.
ESPN reported Monday afternoon that Manning's agent, Tom Condon, is working out the final details of a reported five-year, 95-million-dollar contract. The major details to be worked out include how much guaranteed money Manning will receive and what would happen if he is unable to perform.
Manning missed all of last season with the Indianapolis Colts after undergoing his fourth neck surgery in 19 months last September. The Colts released him on March 7th rather than pay him a 28-million-dollar option bonus that would also have kicked in the final four years of a five-year, 90-million-dollar deal.
