(SEBRING, FL) - Team Penske was quickest on day two of the IZOD IndyCar series open test at Sebring International Raceway.
Penske's Helio Castroneves, will power and Ryan Briscoe took the top three spots on Tuesday's speed chart, turning laps in excess of 115 miles per hour. Ryan Hunter-Reay was fourth-quick for Andretti Autosport and Simon Pagenaud was fifth for Schmidt-Hamilton Motorsports.
The Firestone Indy Lights cars will test today with the IndyCar Series cars concluding their open test on Thursday and Friday. Those teams that participated in the first two days of the test will not participate in the final two days.
Among those scheduled to take to the track tomorrow are target Chip Ganassi Racing with defending series champion Dario Franchitti and KV Racing technology and their recent signee, Rubens Barrichello.
