(WEST LAFAYETTE) - Purdue senior guard John Hart says he is leaving the Boilermaker program in search of more playing time.
The Beech Grove native will graduate from Purdue next month, making him eligible to play immediately should he enter a graduate program with a degree not offered at Purdue.
Hart has been hampered by injuries his first three seasons and averaged 2.6 points per game with the Boilers. He has been an academic All-Big Ten selection the past two years.
