(ANDERSON) - Colts training camp enters Day Four at Anderson University.
The team will practice in pads for the first time this afternoon following a morning walkthrough.
Head coach Chuck Pagano, in particular, is looking forward to contact drills, saying you don't truly find out about players during workouts in shorts.
Today's sessions will be followed by the first day off in camp on Wednesday.
Three Colts sat out Monday's practices.
Rookie receiver Griff Whalen has been sidelined by an old foot injury that he aggravated during OTA's.
Linebacker AJ Edds suffered an injury to his left knee in Sunday's practice.
Pagano revealed yesterday that offensive lineman Ben Ijalana also tweaked his left knee in Sunday's practice.
Both Edds and Ijalana were scheduled to undergo MRI's on Monday.
The Colts are preparing for their first preseason game on August twelfth when they face the St. Louis Rams at Lucas Oil Stadium.
