(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indiana Fever made a trade on Monday, sending Roneeka Hodges to the Tulsa Shock in exchange for Karima Christmas.
Christmas is a graduate of Duke and saw limited action with the Shock in 2011. This season she is third in the WNBA with an average of 3.48 steals per game. Christmas plays both shooting guard and small forward.
Hodges was acquired by Indiana in a trade with San Antonio last March. She averaged 3.2 points in her twelve games with the Fever.
Christmas will be in uniform for Indiana's game with San Antonio on Thursday night.
