(Indianapolis, IN) - Two days of testing gets underway this morning at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as the cars of the GRAND-AM ROLEX Series take to the Speedway’s road course.
Around 50 cars in both the Daytona Prototype and GT classes are expected to participate as they get ready for their race on Friday, July 27th as part of the "Super Weekend" activities surrounding the Crown Royal 400 at the Brickyard.
The ROLEX Series will be competing at IMS for the first time that weekend. The NASCAR Nationwide Series' Kroger 200 will also take place at the Speedway for the first time during the "Super Weekend", moving to the two and-a-half-mile oval from O'Reilly Raceway Park in Clermont.
