(Lexington, OH) - Scott Dixon led the final 26 laps to get the victory at Sunday’s Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio.
Dixon beat pole winner Will Power off pit lane on Lap 57 and won by almost three and-a-half seconds over Power.
Power had led every lap until the pit stop.
Simon Pagenaud finished third with Sebastien Bourdais and James Hinchcliffe rounding out the top five.
With his second place finish, Power moves back atop the IndyCar Series points standings. Ryan Hunter-Reay entered the weekend as the points leader but finished 24th to fall back to second place, five points behind Power.
The IndyCar Series is off until August 26th when they race at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California.
