(St. Louis, MO) - The St. Louis Cardinals continue their playoff push, beating the Houston Astros 5-4 to win their fourth in a row and complete a sweep of the three-game series.
Allen Craig gave St. Louis a 3-1 lead in the first when he hammered a three-run home run off Astros starter Bud Norris.
Houston tied the game in the third on RBI hits by Justin Maxwell and Brandon Laird off Cardinals starter Jaime Garcia.
Carlos Beltran gave the Redbirds the lead for good with a two-run double in the sixth. Garcia gets the win to move to 5-7 while Norris takes the loss to drop to 5-13.
