(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts return to the practice field today as they get ready for Sunday’s home opener with the Minnesota Vikings.
The Colts are 0-1 after dropping their season opener 41-21 to the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.
The Vikings are 1-0 after edging the Jacksonville Jaguars 26-23 in overtime at The Metrodome.
The Colts lead the all-time series with Minnesota 14-7-and-1 with the Horseshoes winning the last three meetings.
The Colts made some more roster moves on Tuesday.
The team signed offensive tackle Bradley Sowell to the active roster off Tampa Bay's practice squad. Sowell is six-foot-seven, 320 pounds out of Ole Miss.
He was signed by the Buccaneers as an undrafted rookie free agent in April.
The Colts also did some shuffling on their practice squad, signing center AQ Shipley while releasing wide receiver Kashif Moore.
Shipley was waived off the Colts' active roster on Monday.
Moore was originally claimed by the Colts off waivers from Cincinnati on August 28th, cut on August 31st and signed to the practice squad on September first.
