(Chicago, IL) - Kevin Correia and two relievers combined on a two-hit shutout as the Pittsburgh Pirates blanked the Chicago Cubs 3-0 in a game delayed more than three and-a-half hours by rain.
Correia went seven innings, allowing both Chicago hits to move to 11-9.
Starling Marte put the Pirates on the scoreboard with a two-run triple in the third and scored on Jose Tabata's double.
Cubs starter Travis Wood went five and two-thirds innings, giving up three runs on four hits while striking out nine as he drops to 6-12.
