(Carmel, IN) - Rory McIlroy shot a five-under-par 67 to record a two-shot win at the BMW Championship at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel.
McIlroy finished at 20-under for the tournament with Phil Mickelson and Lee Westwood at 18-under.
Tiger Woods and Robert Garrigus tied for fourth at 17-under for the tournament. It was the second-consecutive victory for McIlroy, who won the Deutsche Bank open in suburban Boston on Labor Day.
Richmond's Bo Van Pelt finished tenth, but that is good enough to get him into the Tour Championship in Atlanta in two weeks.
Evansville's Jeff Overton finished 51st at two-under par for the tournament and is out of the FedEx Cup's final event in Atlanta.
McIlroy will enter the Tour Championship leading the FedEx Cup points with Woods second.
The top five in points are still alive for the FedEx Cup and the ten-million-dollar bonus that goes with it.
The other three golfers who are still alive are Nick Watney, Mickelson and Brandt Snedeker.
