(WEST LAFAYETTE) - The Purdue Boilermakers used an 18-to-3 run to start the second half to cruise to a 66-to-40 win over the North Carolina-Wilmington Seahawks at Mackey Arena.
Junior Terone Johnson led all scorers with 19 points for 2-and-3 Purdue and DJ Byrd and Travis Carroll each added ten.
The win ends a two game losing skid for the young Boilers, who play Wednesday at the Clemson Tigers.
