(Ann Arbor, MI) - In college basketball yesterday, the number-five Michigan Wolverines took care of the IUPUI Jaguars 91-54 in the opening round of the National Invitation Tournament.
Michigan hit 13 of 21 3 point attempts and shot sixty percent from the field at the Crisler Center.
Trey Burke led the 2-0 Wolverines with 22 points and nine assists. John Hart added fifteen points for the Jaguars, who were held to 35-percent shooting on the night. IUPUI are 1-1 and will play the Bowling Green Falcons in Ann Arbor this evening.
