(Indianapolis, IN) - Colts Head Coach Chuck Pagano received a standing ovation from his players when he addressed the team shortly before Wednesday’s practice at the Colts Complex in Indianapolis.
Blizzard like conditions in Central Indiana weren't enough to keep Pagano from attending his first practice since being diagnosed with Leukemia in September.
Blowing snow and treacherous road conditions began to lessen in the afternoon and the team worked out at the regularly scheduled time in preparation for Sunday's contest against the Houston Texans.
Center Samson Satele and running back Delone Carter have been ruled out against Houston.
Backup center AQ Shipley was held out of Wednesday's practice with a knee injury and defensive end Cory Redding rested his injured quad.
Both players are questionable for Sunday. Safety Tom Zbikowski and offensive tackle Winston Justice were limited in their participation and linebacker Jarrell Freeman was a full-go.
