(Indianapolis, IN) - Indianapolis Colts Interim Head Coach Bruce Arians has officially ruled out running back Donald Brown and safety Tom Zbikowski for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.
Offensive Linemen Winston Justice and Joe Reitz could also miss Sunday's game with concussion related injuries and did not practice Wednesday.
Brown sustained a serious ankle injury during the Colts 35-33 comeback victory over the Detroit Lions and Zbikowski could miss his second consecutive game after hurting his knee on an interception return against the Buffalo Bills.
Arians said Justice and Reitz will have to pass impact tests due to the nature of their injuries and that both linemen will be cleared to return once the tests are completed.
The Colts players elected two permanent captains for each of the three phases of the team.
Special teams will be captained by safety Joe Lefeged and punter Pat McAfee.
The defensive captains are linebacker Robert Mathis and defensive end Cory Redding, and the offensive captains are wideout Reggie Wayne and quarterback Andrew Luck.
The Colts are 8-4 and host the 4-8 Titans Sunday. Kickoff at 1:00.
