(Indianapolis, IN) - Indianapolis Colts Offensive Coordinator Bruce Arians is back in Indianapolis following and unexpected 36 hour stay at a Baltimore hospital.
The team confirmed that Arians was discharged from University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being admitted Sunday morning with an undisclosed illness.
Arians was prohibited by doctors to coach against the Ravens during the Colts season ending playoff loss after complaining of headaches and nausea at the team breakfast Sunday morning.
Several teams have requested permission from the Colts to speak with Arians about their head coaching vacancies, including the Cleveland Browns, Chicago Bears, and Philadelphia Eagles.
Arians led the Colts to the playoffs as interim head coach while Chuck Pagano took a leave of absence to battle Leukemia.
