(Indianapolis, IN) - Indianapolis Colts Offensive Coordinator Bruce Arians was admitted to an Indianapolis hospital Tuesday for treatment of an inner ear infection.
Arians returned to Indianapolis Monday night following a 36 hour stay at University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore after complaining of dizziness and headaches before Sunday's playoff loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Arians is expected to be released from the hospital in Indianapolis sometime today and could begin a round of head coaching interviews this weekend.
The Cleveland Browns, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Chicago Bears have all requested permission from the Colts to speak with Arians, who guided the Colts back to the playoffs as interim head coach this season following the team's disappointing 2-14 campaign in 2011.
He temporarily relieved Chuck Pagano, who took a leave of absence to battle Leukemia.
