(University Park, PA) - The fifth ranked Indiana Hoosiers built a nineteen point halftime lead and won easily over the Penn State Nittany Lions, 74-51 at Bryce Jordon Center at University Park, Pennsylvania.
Christian Watford led college basketball's top scoring offense with 16 points and made 3-of-5 attempts behind the 3-point line.
Jordon Hulls added 15 points and two more 3's for the Hoosiers, who made 8-16 attempts behind the arc and shot 52 percent as a team on the evening.
Cody Zeller had 15 points and five rebounds and Ross Travis led Penn State with 14 points.
The Nittany Lions are 8-6 overall, 0-2 in the Big Ten and host the Northwestern Wildcats Thursday.
Indiana are 14-1 overall, 2-0 in the conference, and host the number-ten Minnesota Golden Gophers Saturday at Assembly Hall.
