(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts have hired Jimmy Raye from the San Diego Chargers as the team’s new Vice President of Football Operations.
Raye brings 18 seasons of NFL experience to Indianapolis and fills the vacancy left by former Vice President of Football Operations, Tom Telesco, who was hired as San Diego's new General Manager just a week ago.
It is reported that Colts offensive coordinator, Bruce Arians, is a frontrunner to land the head coaching job with the Chargers and will interview with the team Wednesday.
Arians has also been linked with the Chicago Bears.
