(West Lafayette, IN) - The Purdue Boilermakers evened their conference record at 2-2 with a 60-42 win over the Penn State Nittany Lions at Mackey Arena.
Penn State shot a season low in field goal percentage for the third consecutive game at 26 percent and recorded a season low in point total at 42.
Ronnie Johnson led all scorers with 13 points and AJ Hammons had 12 points and ten rebounds for the Boilermakers.
Brandon Taylor was the only player for Penn State who scored in double figures at 13.
The Nittany Lions are 8-8 overall, 0-4 in the conference and host number-18 Michigan State Wednesday.
The Boilermakers are 8-8 overall, 2-2 in the Big Ten and play at Nebraska Wednesday.
