(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indiana Fever announced Monday that Tamika Catchings and two other players have signed new contracts with the team.
Guards Briann January and Shavonte Zellous were also re-signed by the Fever in keeping last year's championship team intact.
Terms were not disclosed.
Catchings has played her entire 13 year career with the Fever and was named league Most Valuable Player in 2011 and MVP of the finals last season.
The Fever defeated the Minnesota Lynx in the WNBA Finals to capture the first championship in franchise history.
