(Cleveland, OH) - In Major League Baseball, the Cleveland Indians have agreed to terms with their second star player of the off season, former Atlanta Braves’ outfielder Michael Bourn.
Barring any complications from a physical later this week, Bourn will join an Indians team that's already recruited Nick Swisher from the New York Yankees and installed Terry Francona as their new manager.
Bourn, 30 years old, batted .274 and had 57 RBIs last season, and was a solid base runner for Atlanta with 42 stolen bases.
Swisher had 24 home runs and 93 RBIs with the Yankees last year and signed a four year, 56 million dollar contract with the Indians in January.
