Purdue competed in an 80-75 loss against the number-seven Michigan Wolverines last week before rounding-out the regular season with a 16 point victory over the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Saturday.
Tipoff against the Cornhuskers at United Center is 6:30 (EDT).
The top-seeded Indiana Hoosiers have a bye into the next round and will face the winner of today's game between Minnesota and the Illinois Fighting Illini.
