(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts added experience and depth at the defensive tackle position by signing Aubrayo Franklin to the roster Wednesday.
The 32-year old Franklin brings 10-years of experience to the Colts defensive line after spending one season with the San Diego Chargers.
The 6'1" 317 pound tackle had 19 solo-stops for the Chargers and will likely rotate at nose guard in Chuck Pagano's hybrid three-four scheme.
Terms of the contract with the Colts were not made available.
The team also announced that offensive guard Joe Reitz has signed his tender with the team.
Reitz, a 2008 draftee by the Ravens, played in nine games during an injury-plagued 2012 season but is usually a starter on the offensive line when healthy.
