(Dayton, OH) - The Indiana Hoosiers are overwhelming favorites when they tipoff in Dayton against the James Madison Dukes in the NCAA East Region.
The Hoosiers preside over the East as the number-one seed after winning their first Big-Ten Championship in 20 years and are grouped with a handful of favorites to win the national title, the sixth in the history of the school.
Victor Oladipo has emerged as the team's all-around best player, averaging nearly 14-points and behaving as a constant playmaking threat on both offense and defense.
The 16th-seeded Dukes won their play-in game Wednesday against the Long Island-Brooklyn Blackbirds to set up tonight's round-of-64 pairing with the Hoosiers.
Rayshawn Goins leads the Dukes in scoring and rebounds but was minimized against L-I-U after missing the first half because of a team suspension.
Tipoff today from the University of Dayton between Indiana and James Madison is at 4:10.
