(Indianapolis, IN) - Six-time Pro-Bowl center, Jeff Saturday, will end his career as an Indianapolis Colt this afternoon during a noon press conference at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center in Indianapolis.
Saturday's career highlights include protecting future Hall-of-Fame quarterback, Peyton Manning, for 12 of his 14 seasons in the league.
He won a Super Bowl championship with the Colts in 2006 and helped broker a deal between players and owners to end the 2011 NFL lockout.
Saturday became a free agent after the 2011 season and signed a two year contract with the Green Bay Packers in March of 2012.
He announced his retirement just days before suiting-up as a backup center for the NFC in the Pro-Bowl last January.
