(Cincinnati, OH) - In the National League Sunday, Joey Votto homered for the second straight game and finished with 3 hits in the Cincinnati Reds’ 10-6 win over the Miami Marlins at Great American Ballpark.
Votto made it 1-0 with a 2-out drive to centerfield and later gave the Reds a 2-1 lead with an RBI single in the third-inning.
The Reds are 11-8 and have a half game lead in the NL Central division after winning six of their last seven games.
They open a three game series against the Chicago Cubs tonight at Great American Ballpark.
