(Anaheim, CA) - In the American League Sunday, Jake Peavy issued a pair of bases-loaded walks in a wild outing during the Los Angeles Angels 6-2 win over the Chicago White Sox at Angel Stadium.
Peavy walked a total of five-batters on the day and fell to 5-2 after pitching six-inning and allowing four-runs.
Erick Aybar hit a two-run double in the third-inning and finished with three-RBIS for the Angels.
Jason Vargas improved to 3-3 after shutting out the White Sox for seven-innings while striking out six.
Alex Rios extended his hitting streak to 14-games with an RBI double in the eighth inning.
Chicago is 19-23 and begin a home series against the Boston Red Sox tonight.
First pitch is at 8:10.
