(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indianapolis Colts today agreed to terms with free agent running back Ahmad Bradshaw.
Terms have not been released, but it's a one year deal. Bradshaw has been in the NFL since 2007, all with the New York Giants.
When the contract is officially signed, the Colts will have to make a roster move to keep the roster at 90 players.
In 2012, Bradshaw ran for 1,015 yards and six touchdowns, while catching 23 passes for 245 yards. He posted four 100-yard rushing games, including a career-high 200-yard performance against Cleveland in Week 5.
Bradshaw has been a part of two Super Bowl Championships (XLII and XLVI). In nine career postseason games (three starts), he has recorded 480 yards and two touchdowns on 111 rushing attempts to go along with 20 receptions for 141 yards. He ranks second in Giants postseason history in rushing yards, fourth in rushing attempts and tied for fourth in rushing touchdowns.
