(Indianapolis, IN) - A former basketball standout with the Indiana Hoosiers had a try out with the Pacers yesterday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Christian Watford finished his career with the ninth most points in school history and is hoping a successful collegiate career will transition into pro success.
Watford has worked out with several NBA teams, the Pacers being his ninth, but is considered a long shot to be drafted into the league.
He remains confident that he'll be selected when drafting begins on June 27th and told the Indianapolis star that he'd love to play for the Pacers.
Watford averaged over 12-points and six-rebounds during his senior season.
