(Cleveland, OH) - In the American League Sunday, The Cleveland Indians homered four times in beating the first place Detroit Tigers 9-6 at Progressive Field.
Michael Brantley hit two home runs, including a two-run shot in the eighth inning that gave the Indians an 8-6 lead.
Brantley finished with three-hits and five RBIs on the day.
The Indians are two and-a-half games behind the Tigers for first in the AL Central at 46-42.
The teams wrap up their four game set beginning at 7:05 tonight.
