(Indianapolis, IN) - Colts’ tight end Weslye Saunders has been suspended by the NFL for violating the league’s policy on performance enhancing drugs for a second time.
Saunders' will miss eight regular season games if he retains his position on the Colts' roster as the third string tight end.
The Pittsburgh Steelers released Saunders in October of last season after he served a four-game suspension for testing positive for the drug adderal.
He signed with the Colts a few days later and played as a blocking tight end.
