(Milwaukee, WI) - In the National League Tuesday, Wily Peralta recorded the first complete game shutout of his career in leading the Milwaukee Brewers over the Cincinnati Reds 2-0 at Miller Park.
Peralta limited the Reds to three-hits and struck out six in improving to 6-and-9 on the season.
Logan Schafer homered for the first time in his career, a two-run blast in the fifth inning off of starter Tony Cingrani.
The Reds are 50-40 on the year and have lost three straight games.
They play the Brewers today at 2:10.
