(Cincinnati, OH) - In the National League Monday, Todd Fraizer had a home run and four-RBIs before rain shortened the Cincinnati Reds’ 8-1 victory over the San Francisco Giants at Great American Ballpark.
Umpires waited through and hour and a half rain delay before calling the game after six-innings.
Fraizer had already notched an RBI single and his tenth home run of the season, a three-run shot in the third inning that put the Reds up 7-0.
The Reds host the Giants tonight at 7:10.
