(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indianapolis Motor Speedway announced on Thursday that veteran driver Graham Rahal will test on the road course at the Indianapolis Speedway next Wednesday.
Rumors that Indy Car could have a road course race at the Worlds Greatest Racecourse in May is the reason for the test.
There could still be a few more tests with more drivers.
The only time an Indy Car has driven on the road course was the late Dan Wheldon in 2011.
