(Cleveland, OH) - In the American League, the Detroit Tigers beat the Cleveland Indians 6-5 in 14 innings at Progressive Field.
Miguel Cabrera hit a two-run double in the top of the fourteenth to give Detroit a 6-4 lead, and a rally by the Indians in their next at bat was snuffed out after Michael Bourn doubled in a run to cut the lead to one.
The Tigers have won 11-straight games and go for the four-game sweep tonight in Cleveland.
The Indians are 62-52, trail Detroit by six-games for first place in the AL Central, and play the Tigers at 7:05.
